Shipping Policy

All items are made to order and carefully handmade with care. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be prepared and shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Domestic (Japan) orders: approximately 2-7 business days
  • International orders: approximately 2-4 weeks depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or customs.


Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

We are unable to refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at support@littleloveletter.shop.


International Orders & Customs

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to certain shipping restrictions, customs regulations, or local laws, there are some destinations we may be unable to ship to. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your country, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country upon delivery.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unfortunately unable to take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If your package is missing or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect or damaged.
